| Attorney Buddy Clark asked me to assist him with this Bankruptcy Appeal. I briefed the matter and it was set on calender at the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Ninth Circuit. Shortly afterwards Mr. Clark gave oral arguments before the Justices. The panel of 3 Justices were about to reverse this case in our favor when counsel for the opposition asked if the Court would suspend the docket so that they could settle with Mr. Clark. |

| In the matter of the City of Santa Ana v. George Dunseth, I was asked to assist George in appealing his case which had been non-suited by the Honorable Gregory Lewis. I agreed to assist George and shortly afterwards the 4th Appellate District reversed in part and affirmed in part. I am pleased that I was able to help George Dunseth. |
